MDI Group Promotes Brian Knapp to Vice President of Service Delivery
MDI Group announced today the promotion of veteran Branch Director Brian Knapp to the position of Vice President of Service Delivery for all MDI Group offices nationwide. In this Role, Knapp will maintain responsibility for standardizing MDI’s full range of fulfillment activities as well as assessment, design, and delivery of all fulfillment services.
Says Connie Chiasson, MDI Group’s President of IT Workforce Solutions, “Brian’s vast experience and the talents, and commitment he’s demonstrated for nearly eight years as Branch Director of MDI Group’s Phoenix office have made that office enormously successful. His understanding of our industry, technology, and corporate strategy are immediately evident to both our clients and the internal staff -- these skills have been honed during his time as Branch Director, and make him uniquely and ideally suited for this new role.”
The Phoenix Branch Director position vacated by Knapp will be filled by another veteran of MDI Group’s Phoenix office, Senior Client Manager Allan Dunn. As Branch Director, Dunn will have primary responsibility for developing and managing all sales, branch operations, and personnel development activities for MDI Group in and around Phoenix.

With so much time invested in the Phoenix office, I am grateful that someone as qualified as Allan Dunn will be at the helm of the branch going forward.”
