All we need is your referral's name, phone number and
e-mail address and if we can place that person within
three months, the money is all yours. It is that simple, there is no limit to the number
of people you can enter!

- Referral must begin a contract or direct hire assignment
within 90 days after each promotion ends.
- This promotion is open to everyone except MDI staff
and their families. A referral must work a minimum
of 500 hours for you to be eligible for the payout.
- This contest is for the placement of contract and
direct hire IT Professionals only.
- There is no limit to the number of people you can
recommend.
- For accurate tracking, all referrals must be entered
through this form. It is the responsibility of the
person making the referral to immediately register
